At Scottys, we take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship using premium products, including SurfaceLogix Cobble Loc and Cobble Grip. We select products based on your pavers and the specific needs of your project.
Cobble Loc is a water-based sealer designed for concrete pavers, natural stone, and concrete surfaces. Its low-VOC formula provides a wet-look finish comparable to solvent-based sealers. Its benefits include resistance to tire marks, helping lock down joint sand, inhibiting weed growth and anthills, and helping protect against various stains. As a catalyzed product, it also provides chemical resistance to gasoline and oil leaks.
We offer semi-gloss and high-gloss finishes, so you can choose the appearance that best complements your property. We also match the sand color to your pavers and use premium products based on your specific needs.

Quality paver sealing involves more than simply applying sealer. We follow a detailed process that includes surface cleaning, rinsing, selecting the appropriate sand, sanding, and applying two coats of sealer. Paver Sealing for Your Property

Parking for Scottys Services
Our truck and trailer require approximately 26 feet of space and will be parked in front of your home and driveway during service. If you plan to leave your home in a vehicle or golf cart, please arrange to park on the street in advance, away from the front of your home and driveway.
Paver Sealing Preparation and Expectations
To help ensure a smooth and successful paver sealing project, please review the following preparations before your scheduled service.
- Project Timing: Paver sealing can take one to several days, depending on weather conditions and the size of the project. For larger projects, we may need to surface clean your pavers a couple of days before sealing.
- Clear the Driveway: Please remove all vehicles, golf carts, electric bikes, children’s toys, and other belongings from the driveway and park them on the street. Refer to the parking instructions above.
- Clear Outdoor Areas: Please remove all furniture, potted plants, and BBQ grills from patios, lanais, and screen enclosures before service. Scottys can move these items for an additional charge. Please arrange this service when scheduling your estimate or in advance of your service date.
Paver Sealing Aftercare Instructions
Proper curing is essential to achieving the best results from your paver sealing project. Please follow these instructions after service.
- Walking and Curing: Walking on the sealed pavers is permitted after two hours, once Scottys has completed the job and confirms the surface is ready. Do not drive, park, or place furniture on sealed pavers for a minimum of 48 hours. Follow any additional project-specific instructions provided by Scottys.
- Observe Posted Signs: Scottys will block off driveways and post signs to help prevent vehicle access to sealed areas while they cure. We will arrange to return and remove the signs.
- Furniture and Belongings: If moving items back is included in your service agreement, Scottys will coordinate a return visit to replace furniture, plants, and other belongings after the 48-hour period.
